Post graduation from any reputed University with PGD in HRM / Diploma in Social compliance. 10 years experience (must) in any renowned garments manufacturing organization. Good fluency in English & computer literacy.
Job Description / Responsibility
* Ensure the implementation of the Compliance according to Compliance manuals.
* Carry out regular, Compliance Audit in factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
* Must have good knowledge about writing CAP.
* Prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws' requirement from Compliance point of view.
* Have to monitor all health & safety and environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
* Have to perform Compliance audit at factories according to Buyers Compliance guidelines.
* Have to be capable of maintaining a full factory.
* Capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
* Have to ensure buyers technical audit.
* Have to maintain Accord & Alliance standards.
